It is almost time for our semi-legendary Roost  Christmas Brunch and Shadow Puppet Nativity. It takes place from 10:30 – 12 on Sunday 17th December. Please book by 13th to ensure places as it is always a full house.

On Sunday 3rd December, our Community Cinema will be screening Home Alone at 2pm and Baby Driver at 7:30pm. Updates and ticket info via www.facebook.com/CottenhamCommunityCinema

Upcoming Dads Play is Saturday 9th December, 10:30-11:30, with a festive special.

And our Arts Night continues to meet on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.  Artists, musicians, poets, singers, photographers and more welcome to explore life, art and faith together in a relaxed environment. My new album, ‘fragments’ is out now. It came out of the Arts Night sessions.  I haven’t quite figured out a proper way of selling it yet, but get in touch directly and I can sell and deliver you a copy!

The ‘Cottenham Cares…for Syrian Refugees’ group has now raised over £20,000, so keep an eye out for its fantastic fundraising activities over the coming weeks, and the Foodbank meets every Wednesday 1:30-3pm at Cottenham Baptist Church.

PLUS: as part of my role at Histon Methodist, I’ll usually be leading 10:30am services on the second and fourth Sundays at 10:30 am. They will be suitable for all ages, and include plenty of activities for children, and a Sunday Club. See www.histonmethodist.org for more info. On 17th December we also have a 4:30 Carols by Candlelight service to which everyone is welcome.

Get in touch to get involved!
